Russian man was denied entry to the town hall in shorts, so he put on a skirt

One Zheleznogorsk resident was not allowed into the town hall in his short pants. In order to get in, the man changed into a skirt right at the guard post.

Security guard working at the town hall told Tayga.info that people in shorts below the knee could enter the building. He considers the actions of the man who put on a skirt a stunt move.

Zheleznogorsk is a closed town in Krasnoyarsk region in eastern Russia with a developed nuclear industry. The city is best known for its flag with the figure of a bear tearing an atom.
